No, not unless you wish to submit articles to the archive. Use of the rest of the archive does NOT require you to register/login.

Use the links on the left that offer Search, Advanced Search, Search by options.

Authors may submit articles following this link, using the step-by-step instructions. You will be prompted to register for this procedure, and you will then need to contact the administrator who must enter your name and email address into the submitters’ group. Once you have registered and the administrator has approved you, you will just need to login each time you want to submit an article. All submitted articles will be sent to a Holding File where they will be checked by an administrator before being posted onto the archive.
